Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) July 03, 2009 - Celtic Leasing proudly announces a fundraiser to honor fallen American troops and support their loved ones and dependents. Between March 17 and July 4, a percentage of all leases was donated in lessee names to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

$30,592.05 was raised.

“We want all our extremely brave and loyal service men and women to know that, while it is impossible to ever fully repay them and thank them and their families for their sacrifices, we keep them in our thoughts and prayers day and night,” said Celtic Leasing President Todd Meyer, “and that they have the complete support and gratitude of the American civilians they are so committed to protecting.”

Established in 2000, the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, according to fund Chairman Richard T. Santulli: "...exists to help those who have made...sacrifices. We have made grants to the families of those who have been lost. We have built an advanced rehabilitation center to care for those with amputation and severe burn injuries. And we are currently constructing what will be our nation’s foremost facility for treating service members and veterans who suffer from traumatic brain injury."

More than 600,000 Americans have supported the fund in its first nine years.

According to Meyer: “This fundraiser served as a reminder to the employees and clients of Celtic Leasing that we are living a life of relative peace and comfort thanks to the enormous sacrifices and commitment of our truly outstanding and selfless military service men and women.”
